Currently, Glide & Gear operates exclusively online.
All our products are pre-packaged and ready for dispatch, which means we cannot offer viewings.
Does my new e-bike or scooter come with a warranty?
Yes, we stand behind our products. All products sold by us come with a minimum of 6 months manufacturer's warranty.

Note that warranties do not cover damage from negligence, non-original parts, or modifications. They also do not cover normal wear and tear.

Absolutely! We are happy to provide test rides through our online shop! Buy the product on our website, test it for up to 14 days and if you choose to return it, ensure it's in 'as new' condition according to our returns policy.
