BEST PRICE GUARANTEE

Eligible Products:

• The Price Match Guarantee applies to all electric bikes, scooters, and skateboards available on our website.
• The product must be identical in brand, model, colour, size, and condition to the one offered by the competitor.
• The price match guarantee does not apply to products purchased using a Cycle to Work scheme. 

Eligible Competitors:

• We will match prices from authorised and reputable online retailers.
• Competitors (or their supplier) must have the product in stock and available for immediate shipment.
• Price matches will not be honoured from marketplace sellers (e.g., eBay, Amazon third-party sellers), auction sites, membership clubs, or classified ads.

Verification Process:

• Customers must provide a live URL to the competitor’s website showing the lower price.
• The lower price must be visible and verifiable by our customer service team at the time of the request.
• Price match requests can be made prior to purchase or within 14 days of purchase.

Exclusions:

• The Price Match Guarantee does not apply to pricing errors, clearance sales, closeouts, flash sales, refurbished items, or special promotions such as buy one get one free or bundle offers.
• Prices from membership clubs, loyalty programs, or discounts requiring a specific membership code or credit card are excluded.

Shipping and Handling:

• When comparing prices, we take into account the total cost of ownership including shipping and handling fees.
• The competitor’s price must include all costs associated with getting the product to the customer.

Promotions and Discounts:

• Our Price Match Guarantee cannot be combined with any other Glide & Gear promotional offers, discounts, or coupons.
• Competitor promotional codes, rebates, and mail-in offers are not eligible for price matching.

How to Request a Price Match:

• To request a price match, contact our customer service team via email at info@glideandgear.co.uk.
• Provide the URL of the competitor's product page and any relevant details for verification.

Approval and Adjustments:

• If the price match request is approved, we will adjust the price of the product before purchase or refund the difference if the purchase has already been made.
• Refunds for approved price match requests will be processed within 7-10 business days.

Changes to Terms & Conditions:

• Glide & Gear reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Price Match Guarantee at any time without prior notice.
• Any changes to the terms and conditions will be posted on our website and will apply to requests made after the changes take effect.
